Printing by laser sintering of mineral powder

A French company Cerlase has found a a way of marking objects by laser sintering the mineral powder covered surface. The process is divided into 3 main steps: 1. Application of the deposit on the surface: A layer of mineral powder is deposited on the substrate surface. 2. Marking by laser sintering: The marking to be reproduced is sintered by the laser on the substrate. 3. Cleaning of excess powder: The surplus powder is removed from the substrate.
