Designed for internet-connected homes, the Knocki mounts onto most any solid surface—such as a table or wall—to allow the homeowner to control their devices with a knock.

Developed by Swan Solutions, the disc-shaped Knocki is equipped with WiFi as well as the designers’ patent-pending technology that enables the device to differentiate deliberate knocks from random vibrations. The unit can recognize up to ten different knock patterns, each of which can be personalized to trigger specific actions—such as changing the music or sending a text when someone knocks at the door.
