Fuel from air

CNN recently aired this segment on the first compressed-air powered car - in addition to being a zero emission vehicle it is also claimed to actually make the air cleaner by removing particulate matter from the air. And it is also claimed to be friendly to the pocket book at a cost of about $6,000 per car. They are small and efficient, and make a puttering sound similar to combustion engines.
