GAADI, the first “finite” Bicycle tube
Repairing a flat front bicycle tire is a fairly
simple task. Repairing the back tire is where it gets difficult. This tire is
driven by the chain which needs to be removed before the tire can be taken off
the bike. At best it is a quick but dirty job. On electric and city bicycles
with lots of bits to connect and disconnect it becomes a very involving task.
Not something that most cyclists will tackle themselves.
Wouldn't it be easier if you could simply replace
the inner tube while the wheel is still on the bicycle? That’s probably what
the good people at Jetten-Fischer-Petrovan GbR where thinking when they started
developing the GAADI. The first bicycle tube with a beginning and an end. This
way you can easily replace a flat tube in no time with very basic skills and
tools. Take a look at the video to see how this new system works.
