Designer prosthetics

"Bespoke" by definition means customized to suit an individual. It expresses who we are, our taste and individuality. But this does not apply in the world of prosthetics. Yet of all things personal, individual and unique, this should be one area that most showcases the wearer for who they are.
Scott Summit designed for Nike, Apple and Palm joined together with orthopedic surgeon Kenneth Trauner to create designer prosthetics.The result is a process and a product that is uniquely tailored to meet both the kinesthetic and the aesthetic needs of the individual.
