Melt proof chocolate
Barry Callebaut has developed a chocolate that does not melt in your hands, only in your mouth. Chief developer for Callebaut, Hans Vriens, said the chocolate, which will get the name "Vulcano", also contains 90% less calories. The melting point of the new chocolate is 55degress, whereas normal chocolate melts at 30 degrees.
