Double skewer, simpler grilling
Sometimes veggies and shrimps, and some pieces of meat, too, have shown a tendency to rotate when we try to turn our skewers over. The problem with this behavior is of course that the uncooked side tends to end up on top all the time. For some reason the cooked side always seem to be heavier. This takes some fine-tuning of the skewers over the blazing grill, which in turn can cause not only burned veggies, but fingers, too. One solution could be to use this double skewer where the pieces of food seem to be locked in place.
