Why automate?
To prevent spillage, theft and free drinks and pouring out of wrong doses.

Where does this problem come from ?
The waiter is constantly living in a world of `Big Spending`.
The waiter assumes himself a high standard of living.
The waiter is constantly running around with his monthly wages on him.
Knowledge that a daily inventory will not be made.
Manual control of the till is impossible (17h/day).
