Melons That Taste Like Lemons

The Zesty Melon contains 700/800 milligrams of citric acid per 100grams, which is almost twice that of a standard melon. The Zesty Melonalso has a pH level (the measure of acidity) of 4.5 as compared with6.5 of a standard melon.

The melon is grown in Spain and is the product of twelve years of trials. The fruit resembles a honeydew melon but has the zesty flavor of a lemon.
