Transparent milk
DSM, who is active in the chemical industry, has succeeded to develop clear, transparent milk. The liquid looks and tastes a lot like water, but it contains the nutrients that are present in milk. Scientists have added some enzymes to milk through which the white colour disappears. The clear milk that arises from this treatment could be used as base for soft drinks. Seeing that children don't consider milk as sturdy, this way parents can make sure that their children drink enough milk.
