Flexible battery

NEC announced an exciting foray into the world of bendy things today,with the revelation of their development of a 0.3mm thick flexiblebattery technology, that can also recharge in about 30seconds.

NEC sees it being used in the future for self-powered IC cards andpowering electronic paper in as discreet a manner as possible.
