Medicinus

The negative associationsto the syringe and fear of harming the child, is easily transferred tothe child who typically responds by getting insecure, resistingmedication and rejecting it. Some medicines also taste bad, making thesituation even worse. These factors can put a strain on both parentsand child, resulting in the wrong level of medication.Enclosing the syringe in the friendly, smooth and rounded shape, inspires confidence in both parents and child, taking away any risk ofharming the child and the hospital-like feeling the syringe mightcreate. To add, the bad taste is encapsulated in the MediCinus, preventing the child from tasting anything before the medicine isreleased deep within the child's mouth when the swallowing reflex isstimulated.
