'Dry-pressurized' submarine

So called "dry-pressurized" submarines have passenger compartmentseparate from the water and at sea level pressure; the space betweenthe vehicle and the outer hydrodynamic skin floods with seawater duringsubmerged operation.
The submersible's layout is similar to the standard seating arrangement of a passenger automobile, with 2 or 3 seats.
