Itch soother

This Itch Soother looks like it's able to scratch an itch, but not necessarily one caused by a mosquito bite. But that's just what it's supposed to do, using heat to allegedly stop itching and swelling from those flying, biting vermin. Yeah, it's an Itch Soother.
